  They need some work and proper management training. Several times over the last year or so I have had to remind them that they were out of something. . . Ketchup napkins straws....today it was ketchup cups . I told a young lady that I was taking the last 2 and there were none left after that. Strangely she said " Yes go ahead that's fine". Lol. Half an hour later they were still empty. And no one else complained as they got their fries and drinks (it is a Canadian thing to not complain)...opting to squeeze ketchup out onto the tray paper instead.....and the garbage was overflowing to boot. I took a picture...but really. ...just take my word for or. Needs work.
  It's the little things that make the difference. I know you can do it!

  Managers were talking loudly about customers when they were within earshot. Seemed to be bullying other workers, and continued to discriminate against customers based on their workplace (they were wearing a uniform). This manager comes into my workplace and is a bully there as well, so this is no surprise. But when I am a customer, you should not be talking loudly about me or my workplace.

  The Managment is horrible, they treat their employees like garbage with harsh harassment and bullying. They do a good job looking good in the public eye but behind the counter, the work atmosphere is unacceptable. Since the franchise owner is buddy buddy with the manages he does nothing to revoke them of their positions. Absolutely do not recommend working there. I have contacted Human resources departments about the issues and hope the manages get fired.

  There's a double drive-thru lane, that moves pretty good. There's normally not a long wait. The food is good, the coffee too. It's nice inside, with a play room, and comfy and cozy enough to go in and enjoy whatever you like. And the staff are always nice and friendly.

  It is clean, staff are polite and friendly the food is how I order it but if an error is made they are quick to fix it with a smile.
